Programme Design and Delivery
The Training Effect’s programmes are designed to change behaviours and improve lives for young people, and are driven by the latest evidence, policy and best-practice.
Individual schools, groups of schools in a particular area, or all schools within a local authority can select from our existing programmes; or we can work with you to design a bespoke programme addressing specific issues.
We have designed and delivered successful programmes and interventions for clients across the UK, focused on enabling children and young people to improve their physical, emotional and mental health, well-being and to address risk-taking behaviours.
Our award-winning programmes are delivered in schools and communities across the UK.
The award-winning Risk-Avert programme takes a new approach to identifying and helping young people vulnerable to multiple risk-taking. It explores ways of identifying and managing risk, and making better decisions.
Head-First is an emotional health and resilience programme for secondary schools, which gives staff improved skills, competencies and confidence to help them improve children’s emotional health and well-being.
In-formed provides behavioural education in secondary schools, helping children to understand risks such as drinking, smoking or drug-taking and to develop the life skills which help them manage their own risk-taking.
TTE is an accredited provider of MHFA England’s Youth MHFA courses at 2-day, 1-day and half-day level, training teachers and staff in organisations responsible for young people to support their mental health needs.
